Connect 3 was launched in Summer 2015 and provides a housing focused mental health service for people living in Sheffield. As the name of the service hints there are three different parts to the service; short-term accommodation with specialist support, a 'transitional landlord' service where we work with clients to manage their tenancy, and finally our floating support where we visit clients in their homes.
We know that there is no one size fits all approach to mental health – especially with housing. That's why we're working alongside our friends at South Yorkshire Housing Association to provide support that matches the individual needs of our clients. Whether it's a temporary place to live, some advice on a tenancy or that extra bit of support planning how to pay rent Connect 3 can help.
